Qualifications:

• For Junior Engineer (Civil): Full time 3 years Diploma in Civil from a recognized Institute/ College duly recognized by State Govt./ Central Govt. approved by AICTE.

• For Junior Electrical Engineer: Full time 3 years Diploma in Electrical from a recognized Institute/ College duly recognized by State Govt. / Central Govt. approved by AICTE.

*Note- The appearing candidate will not be eligible to apply for this appointment.

Scale of Pay:

• Consolidated Pay during one year probation period - Pay Band - Rs. 25,900-48,900 Consolidated monthly pay Rs. 25,900/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred).
• After completion of one year of probation period - Level 7 (Regular Pay Scale-as per 7th PRC) Rs. 47600/- plus other allowances.
• After completion of one year of probation period from the date of appointment on consolidated pay, Regular Pay as per Level 7 of 7th PRC will be admissible subject to their conduct and performance remaining satisfactory and their achieving the minimum performance targets/ indicators decided and evaluated by the competent authority during the probation period.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 Years (Male/Female)
• Maximum Age: 37 Years (Male), 40 Years (Female)

*Age Limit as on 01/01/2018

*Relaxable for SC/ST/BC and Persons with Disability as per rules.

Application Fee:

• For General/BC/Other State Candidates: Rs.1500/-

• For SC, ST & PWD Candidates (Bihar): Rs.375/-
